Personalised breathwork & somatic support - for individuals and couples

If you’ve been carrying stress, emotional weight, or just feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself or each other, this is for you.

Whether we meet in person (Nottinghamshire) or online, each session is designed to support your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and gently move what’s ready to be released.

​​We’ll work with conscious connected breathwork, a powerful practice that helps release stored stress and emotion, regulate your nervous system, and bring clarity, calm, and reconnection.​​

For couples, this works offers a shared space to breathe together and reset together. These sessions support co-regulation, emotional connection, and shared healing - whether you're navigating tension or simply want to deepen your bond.​​

No two sessions are the same. Depending on your needs, sessions may also include somatic tools, gentle movement, or nervous system repair practices.

This is deep, transformative work - but you won’t do it alone.
