Hi, I'm Asche
And I know what it's like to live with chronic anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and chronic health issues.
I spent years trying to 'fix' myself through medication, talking therapies, hypnotherapy, energy therapies and more but only ever found short term relief.
That was, until I found breathwork.

Now I use this universally available source - the breath - to support others to move beyond anxiety and stress, to regulate the nervous system and to release and process emotions and trauma, leading to a calmer, more balanced, joyful and connected life.
